The first block built in this mainly Spanish and retired Europeans apartment complex the apartment is perfectly located close to the pool and with wonderful south facing views of the Mediterranean.The apartment has a south facing main balcony, 2 twin bedrooms, 1 with sea-view balcony. There is also a 5th full size bed for use if required. Bright, spacious living & dining room leads onto the main apartment balcony with garden, pool and sea views. The apartment comprises a newly refurbished spacious bathroom and also additional shower room, newly refurbished fitted kitchen with additional eating area also in the large dining room, all mod cons, utility room with washing machine and drying facilities. Cool in the summer and warm in the winter this apartment is perfect for a holiday or short break at any time of the year.

Located in the lush manicured gardens is a full size 25m swimming pool, one of the few complexes with a proper size pool, ideal for swimmers and splashers alike, there is also a separate childrens pool. There is also a full-time lifeguard on duty from April to October every year for added peace of mind. Just outside the complex are the bars, restaurants and shops of Avenida de Espana. For a truly Spanish experience try out the local Spanish tapas bar located at the front of the complex, runs by the very colourful Spanish resident Criostobel - there is never a menu but delicious fresh food daily and local wines. 3 mins to the large commercial centre El Zoco and 5 mins walk to beach this apartment is ideal for those who like everything close by yet staying in a quiet complex. The complex also has secure car parking but a car is not essential due to the excellent location.

Located centrally, approx.10kms from the larger towns of Marbella to the west and Fuengirola to the east Calahonda has a great location but also benefits from a very Spanish feel of low rise white-washed houses in true Spanish style and a noticeable absence of large holiday apartment complexes. For some Spanish culture on the Coata del Sol, Calahonda is close to the historic Spanish hill town of Mijas and also to the jet-set chic of Marbella and Puerto Banus. And for the shoppers both Fuerngirola and Marbella have large shopping and entertainment complexes hosting a very large selection of both Spanish and UK high street brands like Zara, Mango, Massimo Dutti, H&M and Intersport to name but a few. These centres, also with a range of bars, cafes and parking can be a great way to spend an air-conditioned afternoon or evening to people watch in Spanish style.
