Luxury two bedroom apartment en suite bathroom and separate shower room. Lounge dining area and a large balcony with fantastic sea views. Fully preinstalled air conditioning/ heating, satalite TV ,DVD HIFI. Fully fitted kitchen washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, full cooker, fridge/freezer. Marble floors and high quality furniture. The apartment is set in a tranquil area on a hill overlooking Calahonda with fantastic sea views and on clear days the coast of north Africa can be seen.

The complex is very secure with secure parking. There is a small comercial area 150 meters away from the building with two restaurants a supermarket and a bar restaurant. The swimming pool is reputed to be the best in the area with an area set aside for children. We have provided four sun loungers complete with thick padded covers at poolside for your exclusive use. There are also two further sun loungers on the balcony again with thick paded covers and a table and four chairs. The complex is very well managed everywhere kept clean and the gardens are private and beautiful.

The Apartment: The apartment has been influenced by the Scandinavian builders who built the complex--The en-suite comprises a bath/shower, basin and WC and the shower room has a further WC and basin both with quality furnishings. The theme continues in the kitchen with granite worktops and new appliances. Facing south the sun shines on the balcony from early morning to late afternoon with just enough time for the apartment to cool down for the evening and a comfortable nights sleep.

Puente 2 - Unique Wheelchair Access Puente 2 was originally developed with wheelchair access in mind to all levels ( from the entrance to pool access, and exit ). We have a number of guests who specifically enjoy renting our apartment because of this unique facility . There is even lift access to all apartments and ramps from both car parks. The complex also features some wonderful shaded areas within the pool area so the warmth can be enjoyed without the worry of over exposure.
