Our Apartment is in Cascadas de Calahonda is in a safe gated complex which is in the hills above Calahonda in a lovely peaceful area, but only 5 minutes drive away are Supermarkets, Restaurants, Bars, Banks, Tennis Club and Beaches. Within a 10 minute walk you have three restaurants (including 2 Italians) and a great little supermarket selling fresh bread and croissants.

This beautiful, fully equipped, contemporary apartment is on the first floor within a block of only six apartments with private underground parking via remote access and lift or stairs directly to the apartment. There are two terraces, a large wrap-around sun terrace to the front which enjoys sun all day and has lovely views over the valley and out to sea, and a small terrace to the rear of the apartment which looks out over the lily pond and gardens. This impressive apartment is well equipped and presented to a high standard. There are two lovely swimming pools complete with loungers and canopies, and set in lush tropical gardens that are meticulously maintained throughout.

Casacadas de Calahonda is very easily accessible from Malaga airport, either by using the Autoroute AP7 (Toll Road), exit at Calahonda and is less than a five minute drive from the Peage, or take the N340 and again exit at Calahonda and then a 7 minute drive from there. Journey time from the airport on the AP7 takes about 25 minutes, whilst on the N340 it will take around 40 minutes. If you want to take a taxi from the airport the cost is around 45euros and car hire starts at about 20 euros per day fora Corsa type car.

Where to go: There is a wide selection of shops, bars,restaurants just in Calahonda all within a 5-10 minutes drive of the apartment. On the next exit on the N340 you have the great little marina of Cabopinio with great bars and resturants and various Beach bars and a great safe beach for the kids. If you want to go upmarket then you must head for Nikki Beach Club at Elviria next to the Don Carlo Hotel, fantastic luxurious sun beds on the beach with bar, restaurant,waiter service. massage and really great music.

Golf: If golf is what you are after then there are 3 Golf courses within 5 minutes of the apartment, Cabopinio Golf, Miraflores Golf and Siesta Golf.
