WE HAVE HAD A GREAT SUMMER WE ARE NOW SEEKING WINTER SUN SEAKERS - THE LONGER YOU STAY THE CHEAPER IT GETS eg STAY NOV, DEC, JAN & FEB FOR £2,500 YES THATS £625 PER MONTH! The elevated position of this complex gives relaxing and pleasing sea views. Whist preparing the brick built barbeque on the corner of the very spacious terrace you can watch the sea or the breeze russle the palm trees. If you feel like keeping a bit fit you can walk into town past the Golf course (via the local bars) and catch the land train back (which stops right outside the complex.) This appartment is nearly 100 square feet no pull out beds or sleeping in the living room!

One WEEK CHEAPER THAN A NIGHT In PREMIER INN (think about that Lenny!!) You can get great deals do the maths £270 per week for four people thats £67.50 each PER WEEK for a very spacious(no pull out beds), comfortable week in the sun!!!! If you are going out of season well there is even an INDOOR heated swimming pool "just in case." We love it and Just want others to love it too and help a bit with the mortgage. We have priced this property to rent so lets go for it! Try booking flights now for November £60.00 return this is a lovely time to be out there as you came stay in the sunshine all day and the indoor pool is there if the main pools a bit chilly. There is a great community spirt in this place and lots of people to get to know and socialise with. I would go out myself but I have work!

Calahonda Area: Calahonda is a costal resort, centrally located on the Costs Del Sol, between Fuengirola and famous Marbella, ideally situated this area is just perfect to enjoy a fantastic holiday. There are many shops, banks, bars and restaurants with in a short distance of this apartment, along with tennis, gym and many golf facilities. There are many lovely beaches to relex, nearest being Royal Calahonda. A wander along the sands will bring you to Puerto Cabopino a beautiful marina full of lavish boats, and stylish restaurants with various cuisine. There are many local markets, the nearest held on Monday and Wednesday at La Cala a pretty village 10 mins along the coast.

How to get there: Easy Jet fly regularly and frequently, as do many other budget airlines, to Malaga airport which is only 40 minutes away. A relaxing train journey gets you to Fungerola then by bus or taxi to the apartment (for the experienced) for the not so ambitious you could just catch a cab at around 50 Euros!
