Attractive 2 bed/2 bath house 100 mtrs from beach

Attractive and comfortable family home which has two bedrooms, two bathrooms and downstairs cloaks and is situated in a small, well kept complex just across the road from beach. The perfect location makes it a must for beach and golf lovers. The popular Max Beach bar is opposite and the house is situated mid-way between Marbella and Fuengirola. Public transport is close by and there is a taxi rank just a few yards. A car is not needed and mid-week bookings are accepted in order to take advantage of cheaper flights. There are 2 good supermarkets in walking distance and a shopping precinct with a Spanish bar. There are a number of bars and restaurants and Calahonda and Dona Lola complex are just a short walk.

The pretty harbour and lovely beach of Cabopino is close by and La Cala beach which is ideal for children is 5 mins drive. Miraflores golf course is a couple of mins in car. The house has air conditioning and heating and is situated within a small, safe complex which has secure, gated private gardens with a swimming pool and childrens pool. The gardens are well kept and the position of the house within the community makes it ideal for a relaxing holiday.Located at the bottom of Riviera so no steep hills! The lounge has doors leading on to a private patio complete with furniture. The bedrooms are double with ample wardrobe space and both have a balcony overlooking gardens. All bed linen and towels are provided.

“At last a few moments to thank you for a wonderful holiday in your beautiful townhouse. We fell in love with No.9 immediately. The whole set up suited my husband with his disabilities (once he found the short cut around the back past the pool) it was great for my daughter (20 months) because it was far enough away from the pool to be safe for her. She fell in love with all your singing/dancing animals and she put the soft cuddly bear in her pushchair and strapped him in. Thanks again."

Anyone wanting a Benidorm type of holiday this is not for you, but if you want a comfy 2 bed house with beach,bars ,restaurants and 2 super markets plus bus stop for Marbella and Fuengirola within 5 minutes walking distance plus pool and safe grassed garden for the kiddies then this is it.From Fuengirola you can catch the bus or train to Benalmadena or Torremelinos and further afield.
