Located on the east coast of Mallorca, only 50 minutes drive from Palma airport, is the popular holiday resort of Cala Millor. Casa Pepe is only a few minutes walk to the village centre and the promenade. The sandy beaches of Cala Bona, Cala Millor and Se Coma are wonderful, with bars, restaurants and shops located along the sea front. The house has off-road parking for 3 cars, a garden to the front with trees and a terraced area to the barbecue for al fresco dining. At the rear, a stairway leads up to the sun terrace were you can chill out in peace.

Entering the property from the main door, you have a good size lounge, comfy sofas, Freeview television, several coffee tables, a drinks bar and a dining table with chairs. From the lounge, you have a modern kitchen (installed November 2009) with a hob, oven, microwave, fridge, washing machine and all usual utensils. The bath/shower room with toilet and hand basin has new fittings. Leading from the small hallway, you have two double bedrooms - the twin bedroom is adjacent to the lounge. All the bedrooms are tastefully furnished, with bed linen and towels. Son Severa, five minutes drive away, is an interesting country village, with a market day every Friday. A short drive down the coast to Porto Cristo is the famous Caves of Drach, not to be missed. There are many activities near Cala Millor including bike hire, pony treking, golfing, boat hire and beach fishing. Or you can take trips on the glass bottom boats, calling into different Calas. A great holiday destination!
