An IMMACULATE, FAMILY FRIENDLY and spacious, brand new 2 bedroom ground floor apartment in the Nova Azahara Resort at Lomas de Cabo Roig, only approx. 20 minutes from Murcia and 50 minutes from Alicante airports. Having three children of our own, we have taken great care to make your stay with children easier and have provided everything from children’s books and games to potties and plastic crockery. Cots, high chairs and push chairs are also available, so you don’t need to travel with your own. Don't worry about children waking as soon as the sun comes up- with the blinds closed, the bedrooms are pitch black and cool even in the middle of the day. This quiet complex has a communal pool area, immediately in front of the apartment block. Its fenced off to give your children a secure environment to play in and to give you peace of mind for their safety. There’s a beautiful main pool, children’s pool, a children’s play area and restful gardens moments walk from the front door.

The property is fully equipped to make your stay comfortable and relaxing. It is in a quiet area but only 5 minutes walk to a variety of bars, restaurants and a supermarket. The resort is close to some of the finest Blue Flag beaches on the Costa Blanca, in the seaside towns of Campoamor, Cabo Roig and La Zenia. You can walk to the beach in 20 minutes. For GOLF LOVERS, the property is an ideal base as it is only 2 km from the excellent golf courses of Las Ramblas, Royal Campoamor, Villamartin and La Finca. Discounted fees can be arranged for non-members at all courses. Clubs can be hired locally. The development overlooks the busy town of Cabo Roig which offers a host of shops, restaurants and bars catering for all tastes and a weekly market. It is also only a 10 minute drive to the lively town of Torrevieja, where there are more attractions, including - Nature Parks, Aqua Parks, shopping malls, a Fun Fair, street markets, beaches, a marina, nightclubs, a Promenade & an array of shops.

Further Information: Other towns within an hour’s drive are the bustling historic town of Murcia & the beautiful city of Alicante. Cabo Roig and the surrounding areas have become one of the most sought after resorts on the Costa Blanca. A car is helpful to get the most from your stay - there's an underground car park to keep your car cool throughout the day. As mentioned earlier, we have a FANTASTIC arrangement with a local car hire company who will hire a car for any duration. Weekly hire for a Mondeo sized car starts at 140 Euros per week and INCLUDES fully comprehensive insurance, Air Conditioning AND collection and return of your party from/to the airport. This service alone SAVES a taxi fare of approx 90 Euros and gives you the freedom to make the most of the local area.

The Cabo Roig Area: The local white sandy beaches are among the most popular of the entire Spanish coast. They have the prestigious Blue Flag status for cleanliness and also offer a wide range of play facilities and watersports, including sailing and windsurfing, water skiing, fishing, scuba diving and snorkelling. There are a wealth of great local attractions to keep adults and children entertained. These include a water park, safari park, dragon park, caves of Canelobre, boat trips, fun fairs, tennis clubs, a flying club, a football stadium, bull-ring, water-park, Go-Karts, fairground, theatre & several cinemas The local towns have all the shops and restaurants that you could wish- from local tapas bars to the ubiquitous McDonalds and Burger King outlets, if your children want a taste of home!

In addition to championship courses, these developments have 5 star hotel and spa facilities, in addition to fine dining and designer shopping. Walkers will appreciate the Maritime Walk, which follows the peninsular coastline taking in some beautiful views. There are also many parks and nature reserves which must be explored by foot or cycle. Cycles can be hired locally. The local bus stops at the complex, taking you to the town and beaches. However, a car is recommended to see all local attractions and beaches. We can also recommend a local sight-seeing trip, organized by one of our team, based locally. .... The area around Torrevieja is famous for its huge salt lakes, which are also nature reserves and home to a diverse variety of wildlife, including flamingos. A visit is a must- don't forget your camera and binoculars!
