Cabo Roig is a unique resort being pleasantly quiet yet 5 minutes walk from restaurants, shops, beautiful sandy beach etc. The Flat comprises new fitted & fully equipped kitchen & utility room with washing machine, freezer etc. Dining area comprises Dining Table/4 chairs, Bar separating Kitchen & Diningroom. Lounge has settee, coffee table. Fully fitted bathroom comprising shower, handbasin & toilet, plus cupboard. Bedroom 1- King size bed etc. Bedroom 2- twin beds, wardrobes etc. Patio outside lounge for Sunbathing, with Patio Table & four chairs, 2 sun beds (not to be removed from flat) Swimming pool for adults & pool for children/babies & secure parking.

Bed linen is provided, beds made up on arrival, laundry washed on departure & flat cleaned. The charge for this service is 50 Euros. Access on arrival is from 2.00pm (14.00 hours) and departure by 10.00 am unless previously agreed prior to your holiday. There is a private car park controlled by electric gates (key provided) for the sole use of residents/visitors. At the bottomof the car park there is a locked gate (key provided) direct to the main road, restaurants, wine bars, shops etc. The swimming pool is in the middle of the apartment complex, and can be accessed via a path to the right of the flat entrance, for exclusive use by the residents/visitors. No glasses or inflatable toys allowed in pool area or pool. No ball games allowed in car park. Torrevieja 15/20 minute car journey to town & harbour where there is a night market, restaurants cafes etc A collection to/from Murcia or Alicante airport is available on request.

Cabo Roig is a small quiet resort, with a blue chip beach, and another beach only 5 or 10 minutes walk around the headland. From there you can carry on walking to the next bay where there is a large sandy beach + Restaurant also a Hotel by the side of the beach. The walk is beautiful around the cliffs passing the harbour with various boats, a Ferry calls every day for day trips returning in the late afternoon. At Cabo Roig there is a large Supermarket, Bars/Restaurants nearby, beach bar and a Restaurant by the Harbour. Five or 10 minutes walk from the flat carpark there are other Restaurants, bars, shops etc. The nearest large town is Torrevieja, which is about 15 minutes by car or bus where there is a Water Fun Park, an evening market along the Harbour every night, shops, restaurants, a fun fair near the harbour and boat trips. There are supermarkets and a very large market in the town on Fridays.

Things to do: Some of the places that would be worth a visit would be the seaside resort La Manga or the old city of Cartagena where there is a large harbour with many large boats; the town is very interesting. Santiago de la Ribia is not too far where you can get a boat trip either to La Manga or an Island for sunbathing and lunch for the day. Murcia town is very large indeed and has lovely shops, restaurants etc as well as having historic interests. Alicante again is another large old town with lovely shops but also with historic ruins. At Elche besides the usual shops, restaurants etc there is a Rio Safari. Santa Pola has a large harbour and again lots of boat trips. Going further afield Benidorm is not too far with a Water Park etc, and Guadelest is high in the mountains with restaurants, shops and an old castle etc.
