Beautiful, privately owned villa/house with superb views, available to rent (sleeps up to 6 people). Set in quiet luxury development of the Sierra Cortina resort, Finestrat, Costa Blanca, Spain. Just 40 minutes from Alicante airport and minutes away from some of Spain's greatest attractions. It has 2 bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms. A lovely sitting room including a king size sofa bed, plasma, English TV, CD, radio, DVD /USB harddrive and video. A fully fitted kitchen including dishwasher, washing machine and fridge/freezer.

Downstairs cloakroom/WC, large garden and a great sun terrace at the top of the house with unobstructed views down to the sea and to the beautiful communal, lake style swimming pool. We now have a luxury health spa on the resort with 2 restaurants and bar, other great sporting activities and luxury pamper treatments all to help you unwind. Our guests get big discounts. Our prices include air-con, TV and end cleaning! Most don't! With us there are no hidden costs!

Coast / Beach: We have access to 4 beautiful beaches La Cala Finestrat and La Cala Benidorm both are great for children as they have shallow bays. La Cala Benidorm is sometimes the quieter more upmarket one which is popular with the Spanish. To the left you have the Poniente beach also stunning, further around to Levante the party beach. To the right of Finestrat is La Villa Joyosa beach Miles of white sand and often quiet as only the locals know about it. All have great restaurants and bars (5-10 mins car).

Golf: With two 18 hole courses designed by Jack Nicklaus, the Villaitana Levante Golf course, is the best option on the Costa Blanca for golfers, within 5 min drive from the villa, right next to Terra Mitica PK This course, whose features are typical of Nicklaus designs, is an American style course with broad fairways, and exquisitely moulded greens; it is more than 6,612 meters long. Players on the golf course can enjoy marvelous views of the Mediterranean, and the Finestrat mountain range. Because the golf course is not part of any real estate development or urban area, it allows players to enjoy their game in completely natural surroundings with uninterrupted views of the sea and mountains in the spectacular setting provided by Spain's Levante region the south eastern Mediterranean shore with its coastal range. The Villaitana Levante golf resort also will offer a number of exciting restaurants and bars to use on site. We also have a 18 hole Pitch and putt for the sierra cortina resort,

Travel / Distances: It is approximately 40 mins drive from Alicante airport and 1.5 hours from Valencia. We recommend you hire a car as this will save you a lot of money in taxis. We are 5-10 minutes from Finestrat village 5-10 minutes to the beach and Benidorm nightlife (by car or taxis). Finestrat village is renound for its mountain walks. It has a natural spa with 14 different mineral waters to try. We are also only 5 minutes away from Terra Mitica and Terra Natura Disney style them parks. Also Only 15 mins from Aqualandia water park, so great for the kids.

The Property: The property is air-conditioned with hot and cold units, this is included in the price. 2 large swimming pools, and a tennis court in a beautiful setting. We now have a luxury health spa on the resort with restaurant and bar, indoor and outdoor pool, luxury pamper treatments all to help you unwind. Plus a new 18 hole golf pitch and putt. We have installed led tv/dvd in the bedroom with british and spanish TV. Swimming pools are closed December to March, it is chemically treated for those months and you can still use it if you want to but it is at your own risk.

We were well looked after and the house was very clean on our arrival which was nice. We only had one rainy day and that was the last day so we were very fortunate with the weather.
