The villa is located approx. 150m uphill from the main street, surrounded by other villas, and offers privacy in the enclosed garden area and private pool. There is also a sauna and pool shower/changing room.
There are outside areas for sunbathing on the various terraces, the pool area, and the attractive mature gardens with fruit trees. Recently completely refurbished, the villa offers spacious accommodation with sea views from the lounge and all bedrooms.
