Villa is clean on arrival if you want a midstay clean it is chargeable and paid locally, linen and towels are provided (not beach towels). Storage room under stairs for golf clubs etc.

Golf: Golf is very popular on the Costa del Sol we have 50 courses within 45 minutes drive. The nearest being Torrequebrada which is 5 minutes drive the spanish open has been held there. Also Valderama the famous Ryder Cup course is 40 minutes away.

Coast / Beach: The coast is 5 minutes walk and the villa is equidistant between Benalmadena and Feungirola there are bars, restaurants and shops within walking distance.

Travel / Distances: Malaga airport is 20 mins away by car and 50 euros by taxi, we have had guests stay without a car and they have been fine however I would recommend a car. Malaga Airport is 20 minutes drive away. Granada is 1 hours drive, easy to visit in a day, and Sevilla, Cordoba a couple of hrs away. Marbella is only 20 mins away on the motorway. Fuengirola & Benalmadena are 4/5 minutes in the car.

The Area: Benalmadena Costa area is rich in history with a museum, a castle and sports centres, with the best golf courses in the area. Some of the best restaurants I have eaten are in Benalmadena Pueblo: Fidels, La Perla, El Higueron and Airen, are all excellent first class and highly recommended and are within 2/5 mins drive away. Excellent Tapas Bars. The Menu del Dia is 7 euros per person £4.80 for a 3 course meal which included a glass of wine or a beer. Tivoli World, cable cars, horse riding, aquarium sea life, Selwo Marina, snake farm, and water parks. Puerto Marina is best known for its nautical sports facilities and cruises, and is open to everyone to visit during the day, plenty of restaurants and night-life.

Accessibility: With having 2 bedrooms on the ground floor it is easily accessed by people with mobility problems there is one step down to the bedrooms.
