Stairs lead down to lower floor to 2 further bedrooms ( 1 double & 1 twin) and a newly fitted bathroom with walk-in shower and large storeroom. Walking distance to all amenities such as supermarkets, shops, bars and restaurants. The property is fully serviced after each let to excellent standards. The Costa del Sol: The Costa Del Sol is a perfect holiday destination all year having a great climate. There are always lots of things to see and do in the many resorts. There is many, many long sandy beaches for sunbathing in the many resorts dotted along the coast such as Benalmadena, Fuengirola, Nerja and Marbella and may more. Visit the many tourist attractions such as The Alhambra Palace in Grenada, Tivoli Theme Park, Benalmadena. Waterparks in Fuengirola and Torremolinos. There are numerous golf courses available for the keen golfer. In the winter months many holiday makers looking for a skiing/snowboarding holiday head for the Mountains of the Sierra Nevada near Granada which is a 1-2 hour drive from Malaga. Wherever you choose to holiday on the Costa Del Sol, there is always an abundance of tapas bars, good restaurants with excellent cuisine, shops and weekly open markets on offer. Benalmadena: This villa is ideally situated just on the edge of the town of Arroya de la Miel and close to all amenities. The town itself has an abundance of tapas bars, restaurants , shops, Internet cafes, and the Train Station, with direct routes to the neighbouring resorts of Fuengirola (15 mins), Torremolinos (10 mins) and the town of Malaga (25 mins), all costing just a couple of euros. This Andalucian villa is within walking distance of Tivoli Theme Park and Cable Car, Friday open market.and the busy town centre of Arroyo de la Miel, Benalmadena. Benalmadena also has a Marina which has been voted best marina in Europe. There is a tourist train available from Tivoli to take you on a sight seeing trip of the area which will take you to the marina, or take a short taxi ride. There is a newly built Sports Centre with Ice Rink in the middle of Arroyo de la Miel which also has 2 indoor swimming pools and a gym for the keep fit enthusiast. Things to do: For the keen golfer there are several golf courses nearby with Torequabrada golf and Arenal Golf just 5 minutes drive away from the villa. For a great night out why not pay a visit to tte Casino in Torrequabrada and see the Fortuna floor show, just a 5 minute taxi ride away. There are 2 Waterparks nearby in the resorts of Torremolinos and Fuengirola for fun days out with the children. If your a lover of winter sports the Sierra Nevada is 1 - 2 hours drive away for Skiing and Snow Boarding. How to get there: Low cost airlines,Jet2, Easy Jet, BMI Baby, Thomson etc all fly to Malaga airport. From the airport you can either take the train direct to Benalmadena/Arroyo de la Miel or a taxi, which will cost about 23Euro.( 10 minute drive). An English speaking car hire contact telephone number is available if you wish to hire a car for your stay, and arrangements can be made for them to meet and greet you at the airport. |
