LUXURY VILLA set in a Quiet Elevated Position- Private Garden on 3 Levels !

We acquired this villa in 2006 and as it has been offered as a rental property successfully. It is set within a small private community of 7 other villas called "Los Siete Flores " ( 7 Flowers ). The villa is ideal for families as it is accessed by a gated entrance, and the gardens are secure. It has a very nice "homely" feel and is privileged not to be overlooked. There are sea views from the huge terrace that is positioned on the upper level in front of the kitchen for " Al Fresco " dining day and night. We are specific about delivering a clean house to our guest and are proud to say that our cleaning party does an excellent job. The garden is well maintained as is the villa and its surroundings. The pool is very bright and clean, again compliments to our team. All equipment, chairs, couch, beds, plates, glassware etc. is up to date and in good condition. We are not perfect, but care about our second home and about our guest who wish for a well deserved nice holiday.

The villa is located between the pretty andalucian village of Benalmadena Pueblo, which has a large selection of bars & restaurants, and the beach ,which is only 3 minutes by car.

Benalmadena : A lively resort with its beautiful sandy beaches & a spectacular promenade 2km long. Visit the Marina Plaza, often described as Covent Garden on water. Other attractions include the Tivoli World theme park. Excellent restaurants in the nearby surroundings, businesscards available in the house.

Golf - Costa del Sol : Many golf courses within a short drive. Nearest being Torequebrada, Mijas, La Cala, Alhaurin and Parador Malaga.
