Attractive south west facing one bedroom apartment with all day sunny balcony. Open aspect to front with sea and mountain views. There is a communal pool and gardens situated in a secured area. The apartment is situated in the popular Las Lomas de Benalmar urbanisation in Benalmadena Costa. It is only 5 minutes walk to the beach and MacDonalds at Sails Roundabout. Its also only 2 or 3 minutes walk to a large Mercadona supermarket and a variety of bars and restaurants catering for all tastes ie British, Spanish, Italian, Chinese and Indian. In additional there are a number of cafes providing breakfasts, snacks and tapas. There are a number of local shops including a chemist and bakery plus a couple of banks and a telephone/internet shop.

The apartment sleeps 2 -4 people with 1 twin bedded room which contains a spacious wardrobe and chest of drawers.There is a double sofa bed in the lounge plus a further sofa and full size TV with english channels and DVD player. There is a dining table for 4 persons in the dining area. From the living/dining room there are patio doors leading to the all day sunny balcony . There is a sun blind, table and chairs and loungers. The independent modern kitchen includes an electric ceramic 4 ringed hob, fridge freezer, microwave, kettle, coffee maker, automatic washing machine. There is 4 piece shower room. Please note we are unable to accept single sex groups of 4.

The Las Lomas urbanization is situated off Avenida Las Palmeras, close to all amenities including supermarkets, banks, chemist etc. There is also a wide choice of restaurants, cafes, bars, and a nightclub. The bustling town of Arroyo de la Miel is a 10 minute walk and the beach is a 5 minute walk. Paloma Wildlife Park and Dolphin Centre are also a short walk away. The Puerto Marina is a leisurely 15 minute stroll along the promenade.

Other Attractions: Benalmadena boasts one of the finest promenades in Southern Spain where you can stroll to the Puerto Marina with its designer shops, restaurants, bars, Sea Life Centre and much more. Benalmadena is home to the world famous Tivoli World Theme Park which has entertainment for all ages including a cable car ride which provides spectacular views of the area. There is an open air market held on Wednesdays and Fridays. Other nearby attractions include: Fuengirola town and zoo and horse racing; Andalusian white villages of Mijas and Benalmadena Pueblo (on bus route); Torrequebrada Casino; Golf courses; Malaga city; Marbella and Puerto Banus; Torremolinos. Granada and the Alhambra Palace is 90 minutes and Gibraltar is also approx 90 minutes.
