The apartment has two allocated parking spaces, one off-street, and the other in the underground garage. There is a lift upto the apartment from the garage. Only four floors in block. The apartment is well equipped and has marble floors throughout, electric shutters, blinds and two awnings.

	Both bedrooms have two single beds, one en-suite bathroom, with jaccuzzi and bidet, the other bathroom has walk-in shower. There are doors leading onto the balcony, from the bedrooms and the lounge. All three rooms have ceiling fans and electric shutters aswell as awnings.

	The en-suite bathroom has a jacuzzi bath , bidet, sink and toilet. The second bathroom has a walk-in shower, sink and toilet. There are bathroom cabinets in both. They are fully tiled and have marble floors.

Kitchen	Hob, Oven, Microwave, Toaster, Kettle, Fridge, Freezer, Dishwasher, Washing Machine,
	There is a separate utility room which houses washer/dryer. There is a clothes horse for hanging clothes outside to dry. It is a fully equiped kitchen but should you have any suggestions on improving the facilities they would be most welcome. Beach towels not supplied. Please switch air-con off when not in the apartment and on retiring to bed.

Living Room	There is only one entrance door into the apartment. This makes the apartment very secure .A large open plan lounge/dining room with double doors that lead onto the balcony. The balcony, which is south west facing, has views over the Torrequebrada Golf Course and the Mediteranean. It has a table and chairs for six people. The lounge area has a corner bed settee, TV, with basic package, and audio centre. The dining area has a glass table and seating for six people.There are also two wind-out awnings. All the windows have blinds and electric shutters.
