This luxuriously decorated large apartment is a total of 90 sqm. with 23 sqm. of terrace. It is furnished to a very high standard (June 2006), it has two bedrooms and two bathrooms (one with a double jacuzzi), there is an open-plan kitchen as well as a large living and dining area. The living room as well as one bedroom has access to the terrace and the panoramic views. There are further two guest beds available so that the apartment can sleep a total of six people. The entire apartment has built-in air-condition with cold/warm air. |

Mediterra Resort: In the resort, which is friendly to children as well as the handicapped, there is a large shared pool area with sun loungers, three connected swimming pools with a waterfall as well as separate children's pool. In the summer season, a lifeguard is present. Furthermore, there is access to a large fitness room with professional equipment and related changing room. In the resort area, parking is available. The apartment is located on the 2nd floor (top) with an elevator from the parking area. Golf: Costa del Sol is also known as Costa del Golf. There are more than 50 golf courses within a short range of the apartment, among these is the famous Valderrama course. By far the most courses are of a very high quality. Only 400 metres from the apartment is Golf Torrequebrada which is a course of a very high standard. The course was built in 1976 and designed by Pepe Gancedo. From all 18 holes, which are in hilly terrain, is a view of the Mediterranean and of the mountains. The course several times hosted the Spanish championship. The course is a par 72 of 5,763 metres from yellow tee with a slope of 133. There is limited handicap of 27 for gentlemen and 35 for ladies. It is possible to obtain a discount on green fee by online booking as well as by several rounds in one week, etc. The Area: Benalmadena Costa is one of the rapidly growing holiday areas of Costa del Sol, with a total of 9 km of fine sandy beach. One of the landmarks of the city is the awarded marina Puerto Marina with oriental inspired luxury apartments, numerous shops and restaurants and room for more than 1000 pleasure crafts. Benalmadena Costa is also known for its Torrequebrada Casino. 3 km. from the apartment is Benalmadena Pueblo, where the Andalusian atmosphere has been maintained in the old village. The view of the coast and of Fuengirola is marvellous. Behind the resort is a centre which offers horseback riding, and there is a restaurant. Fuengirola, 7 km. from Benalmadena, has developed from being a quiet fishing village to being one of the most preferred holiday sites of Europe. From the outdoor beach bars along the 5 km long beach front Paseo Maritimo, which is the longest on Costa del Sol, food and drinks are served almost around the clock. Fuengirola has a total of 7 km. of beach. ........ Fuengirola's old quarter is widely preserved around the church. Behind the city park, Parque de Espana, is the city's bullring. Every Tuesday is a market which is the largest on Costa del Sol. 35 km. from Benalmadena is Marbella, which is one of the most exclusive holiday sites of Europe. In the old town is peace, quiet and charm as in no other holiday cities on the Costa del Sol, and along the popular beaches, you can stroll on the beach front Paseo Maritimo, which takes you to the large marina. A few kilometres west of Marbella is Marbella's 'Golden Mile' with luxury hotels and expensive restaurants. Approx. 1½ hour driving from Benalmadena is Gibraltar, which is the most popular excursion site in Southern Spain. In everyday language, Gibraltar is named 'the Rock.' The 4.5 km. limestone rock reaches a height of 425 metres. The Strait of Gibraltar is only approx. 10 km. wide on this spot. If you feel like relaxing on the beach, the best sand beaches are on the east side of the rock. Skiing: Have a swim in the Mediterranean in the morning and some cool skiing in Sierra Nevada in the afternoon! Approx. 2 hours drive from Benalmadena, near Granada, is Europe's fifth largest (3392 metres) and most southern ski resort with snow guarantee from December to May. Skiing equipment can be rented and there are good possibilities of afterskiing. The skiing area with related facilities (restaurants, etc.) is so good that, each year, the World Cup is held here. The areas offer a total of 76 km of pistes, allocated into 67 descents (primarily red). A one-day lift card is available at approx. 25 - 35 euros. Rent of equipment for one day is approx. 25 euros.
