Great apartment, great location, newly advertised so good availability.

San Jose is a 2 bedroom 2nd floor apartment in a very popular complex in Benalmádena and visitors return year after year. It will comfortably sleep 5 people, has everything you would need to enjoy your holiday and has an outside balcony with a fabulous sea view. It is located just across the road from the beach and has many shops, bars and restaurants on the doorstep. You can take a leisurely walk along the promenade to the world famous marina for boat trips, fishing, sea life centre and numerous other leisure activities.

Paloma Park and Selwo Dolphinarium are within easy walking distance to the apartment and the weekly market is held at the top of Paloma Park every Friday. You do not need a car with this apartment as it is very central and if you wished to go further afield without driving then the public transport is excellent and cheap. For family groups wishing to holiday together I also have a studio apartment available to rent in this complex.

A large town on the Costa del Sol with 3 areas, Benalmadena Pueblo, Costa and Arroyo. Where is Benalmadena ? The Costa Del Sol is pretty much an all year round weather resort with more than 300 days of sunshine per year. There are plenty places of interest to visit or you can just relax and unwind. Malaga, Seville, Granada, Cordoba or the Sierra Nevada mountains in the winter for skiing are all within easy travelling distances by car or train. The famous Rock of Gibraltar is only an hours drive away. The people who visit Benalmadena return year after year as the area has so much to offer: - Cultural Activities, - Malaga City open top bus tour, the Picasso Museum, - Granada - Alhambra Palace, - Ronda, - Seville and much more. This apartment has 2 bedrooms. One has a 2 single beds and the other has 1 double bed and 1 single bed. It will comfortably sleep 5 people without anyone having to sleep on a sofa bed. Travel cots are available for rent if required.

Living Room Along the entrance hall into a good sized lounge/dining area. The dining table and 4 chairs are in front of an archway which give a view through to the kitchen. On the right there are sliding doors leading to the bedroom that has the double and single bed. The lounge area itself has a large sofa and an armchair, flat screen television showing English speaking free to view channels, and a DVD player. From here you have access to the outside balcony which overlooks the garden area and has a wonderful sea view. An ideal place to sit an relax and catch the afternoon sun.
