On a quiet road two hundred yards up the hill from the main Benalmadena coast road. We bought this quality apartment from new in 2001. Fully equiped with hot and cold air conditioning communal swimming pool (open 15th April- 30th September) and underground garage the spacious 100sm apartment is east facing on the second floor (two lifts) of a five story building. From the terrace fitted with table, four upright chairs and two recliner chairs there is a mountain view to the left sea view to the right. Only a ten minute walk from the world famous marina and the beach. This is the perfect location. Hundreds of bars and restuarants within walking distance. Three supermarkets, pharmacy and tourist office five minute walk away There are many trips available . Marbella, Mijas, Gibraltar, North Africa. Rhonda and many more

I have been to Benalmadena with my family and friends dozens of times over the last eight years. So am able to provide all clients with my own updated local map with our favourite bars and restuarants. My wifes favourite shopping area and our favourite part of the beach and much more. Where to book trips etc. The best place to change your holiday money, where the taxi ranks and bus stops are and any thing else I can think of. We even supply a wheeled shopping basket.

A large town on the Costa del Sol with 3 areas, Benalmadena Pueblo, Costa and Arroyo. Where is Benalmadena ? Located in the South of Spain ( Andalucia Region ) within the province of Malaga on the Costa del Sol Nearest Airport Malaga - 15 mins drive - 14 km Nearest Beach 10 minute walk - 3 mins drive - 0.75 km Nearest Shops 5 minute walk - 2 mins drive - 0.5 km Nearest Train Station Arroyo - 4 mins drive - 2.5 km Benalmadena has nine kilometres of golden sandy beaches and beautiful marina which is one of the nicest places on the Spanish coastline. The marina was voted the best in the world by International Property Magazine in 1995. In the summer the Beaches and marina are literally awash with every imaginable watersport and leisure activity. Para Gliding, Water Skiing Dolphin watching from one of the many boat trips . There is the Sea Life Centre, with its touch pools, underwater tunnel and Lost City of Atlantis and Sea Lion shows in Paloma Park. There are big aqua parks at nearby Mijas and Torremolinos and the famous Tivoli amusement park at Arroyo de Miel. The park has a funfair, live shows with some big name stars and non-stop entertainment until late at night. From here you can also take a cable car ride up Monte Calamorro to enjoy breathtaking views.
