The 'Don Joaquin' apartment block is situated within 500 metres of the beautiful 'Puerto Marina' where you can marvel at the stunningly expensive yachts whilst enjoying a glass of Rioja in some of the best bars and restaurants on the Costa del Sol. A short stroll will take you back to the apartment just far enough away to ensure undisturbed nights sleep. A taxi from Malaga airport will take 15mins and cost approximately 25 Euro. If you do want to hire a car then Malaga has a convenient pick up and drop off point at the terminal.

The apartment is located on a raised corner of the ground floor and has a very large west facing terrace ideal for enjoying the 300+ days of sunshine a year. The sun hits the terrace about 11 o'clock on those 300+ days and lasts until sunset. There are mountain views to the right and sea views to the left. Location: Benalmadena is just 15 mins from Malaga airport and boasts one of the finest marinas in Europe. Either side of the marina are miles of sandy beaches and promenade side restaurants. Tivoli Amusement park and Paloma Parque (all within a short distance from the apartment) are a must for the kids and the young at heart! From Tivoli park you can get the cable car to the mountain tops where you can enjoy spectacular views to the marina. There is also a regular horse show and hawk demonstration at the summit. Marbella is 1/2 hours drive away and you can be in Gibraltar within 1 1/2 hours. Apart from the attraction of the beach Ronda,Mijas,Seville & Granada are all well worth a visit. The city of Malaga is charming and also now boasts the new Picasso museum.

Golf: The apartment is 5 mins drive from the highly regarded Torrequebrada golf course.

Skiing: The ski slopes of the 'Sierra Nevada' in Granada are about 2 hrs away and offer excellent skiing from January to April.

Payment terms: A non refundable deposit of 25% is payable to secure booking. The balance is payable 6 weeks prior to arrival. A refundable deposit of £100 is payable with balance and will be refunded on return of the apartment and safe keys. Brand new high chair & good quality travel cot available at €30 per week extra. *We can arrange a chauffeur driven car to meet and greet you and show you into the apartment as well as drop you back at the airport and / or for excursions. **We can also provide a 'welcome' pack of food essentials to get you started.
