This stunning front line air-conditioned studio is located on one of the islands in a superb position overlooking Puerto Marina.
Situated on the Isla de Ponienta, (the quiet island) the studio is very spacious and immaculate inside.
The location is ideal for anyone looking to enjoy the luxury and relaxed atmosphere that the marina island offers.
The studio sleeps 2 to 4 people, having two cleverly stored pull down single beds (stored in seconds into a cupboard) and a fully sprung double sofabed in the living area.
It has hot and cold air-conditioning, a fully equipped kitchen plus a comfortable living area with satellite television (freesat). The studio also benefits from having a great balcony with stunning views across the marina. The island has a superb rooftop pool with jacuzzi and a great BBQ area. There are plenty of sun loungers by the pool too plus wonderful views over the marina.
