Our apartment is situated about 2 km back from the sea front close to Benalmadena Pueblo, which is a well known resort on the Costa Del Sol. The comfortable lounge opens out onto a large balcony with a large umbrella to protect from the heat of the sun, there is shade in the afternoon. There are sea views from the balconies. The apartment is comfortable and spacious and has airconditioning for the summer and heating for the winter months. It has attractive marble floors throughout. It is a home from home apartment with everything you would want, and if we are missing something then please let us know. For your personnel belongings it has a built in safe.

The pools here are great for the kids, there is also a fenced small childs pool available as well, so the little kids are safe. The pools have a trained life guard throughout the summer season. Fot those of you who like Tennis, there are paddle tennis courts here and you can use our raquets and balls. If you love golf then we are minutes away from Benalmadena Golf and Torrequebrada Golf. Benalmadena Port is about a 5 minute drive away. Underground parking is available with direct access via lift to the apartment if you want to hire a car , if not the complex is situated on a circular bus route with regular buses to both Benalmadena Puerto, Arroyo de la Miel and Benalmadena Pueblo.

Further Information: The lounge has a TV with DVD recorder / player and some English news channels. There is also a stereo CD player that is MP3 compatible. At the opposite end of the lounge is a dining area, with seating for up to six people. Furnishings throughout the flat are Spanish in style, and are all of good quality. Bedroom 1 has a large double bed with bedside tables and lights, and has a small balcony with access through patio doors. Similar views to those from the lounge balcony are seen from this balcony. The bedroom has ample storage in drawers and a triple fitted wardrobe with some fitted drawers. An en suite bathroom has bath with shower, washbasin, toilet and bidet, and has the benefit of an opening window which is not overlooked, and has views towards the sea.

....... Bedroom 2 has two large single beds, with bedside tables, a small wall fitted shelf unit and mirror & a large double wardrobe with drawers within. This bedroom has a third balcony which is quite large South facing overlooking the swimming pool, & is ideal for sunbathing. The second bathroom is directly outside this bedroom & has a shower cubicle, washbasin and toilet, and also has an opening window similar to the en suite. The kitchen is well fitted & has all 'mod cons' such as fridge freezer, oven, hob with extractor fan & dishwasher. The utility room contains the washing machine and, a deep sink. Appliances include kettle, toaster, microwave, orange juice maker, iron & ironing board, all cutlery, crockery, glasses etc. At one end of the kitchen is a breakfast area with a raised table looking out of a bay window with views over the swimming pool & views of the sea & mountains in the distance. All windows in the kitchen are opening & have venetian blinds.
