Benalmadena centre, with a good sandy beach, lovely harbour and lots of bars and restaurants, is approx 8 minutes away by car, bus or taxi. Also, with a long sandy beach and plenty of activities, Fuengerola is about 10 minutes in the other direction.

The apartment, completed late 2005, is spacious and situated on the first floor. It has a lift, as well as stairs, to the ground floor and to the private parking space in the basement. There is a fully equipped kitchen. In the lounge there is a three-seater sofa bed and 2 seater sofa. In the dining area there is a table with 6 chairs. The lounge opens out onto the terrace which is equipped with table, chairs and sun-lounger. There is a double bed to the master en-suite bedroom and twin single beds to bedroom 2 and 3. All bedrooms have plenty of cupboard space. There is a sofa bed for an additional 2 guests if required.
