This brand new penthouse is situated in Arenal Phase II. It has fabulous sea and golf views. It has been decorated and furnished to the highest standards and there is everything you would wish to have on holiday. There is a jacuzzi bath in the master suite, the bed is a super kingsize, and there are ample wardrobes for all the holiday clothes and shoes. There is a safe available to use. The kitchen is fully equipped with dishwasher, microwave etc and there is a separate utility room with a washing machine. If you have kids there are the englsih channels on the TV and a DVD player as well. The outdoor terrace has a table and 6 chairs for dining or just relaxing and looking over the golf course to the sea.

If you want to hire a car there is a garage for parking or if you dont want a car and still want to travel around, there is a bus stop right outside the door of the apartment block. The supermarket is about a 10 minute walk away, the bus stops outside it as well. The swimming pools are fantastic and if you want to play golf you get discounted rates as guests on the complex.
