Scandinavian Style Loft Apartment - Wonderful views from SW facing balcony
The high ceiling with a loft for the second bedroom gives this apartment an unique, roomy feel. Light, modern furniture adapted to the architects idea of the open 'New York loft'. There is contact with the pine trees growing around the building through windows. The open and well equipped kitchen also has a three meter long bar disc, perfect for parties or the quick breakfast.The master bedroom is behind the kitchen and has its bath with shower a few steps down. The second bedroom is on the open loft with a double bed and its own bathroom with shower.The varnished pine wood ceiling is well insulated as is the whole building. The wood burning fireplace can easily heat the whole apartment. And there are double heater air conditioning units.There is a SW facing terrace with full privacy and on the street side there is a nice terrace and a private parking space.

Around Altea there is plenty to do and see. The famous Guadalest fortress and church with its historic building is a 20 minute drive. See photo of Guadalest. A short drive in the opposite direction is the long sandy bay and coastal resort of Calpe. The Levante course is Par 72 and 6626 metres.
The Poniente course is Par 62 and 3858 metres.

1. Price
Includes: Fully equipped accommodation, bed linen and towels, electricity and the maintenance and cleaning of pools and gardens.
Does not include: Final cleaning, extra beds, cots, baby chairs, extra cleaning services, or cancellation insurance, which is optional but strongly recommended.
2. Payments
To be made via bank transfer.
1st payment 50% on confirmation of the booking
2nd payment 50% 8 weeks (60 days) before arrival
In case of making a booking 8 weeks (60 days) before arrival, payments shall be 100% on confirmation of the . booking.
-6. Guarantee deposit of deposit of 250 Euros. This amount will be used as a guarantee of the proper use of the accommodation, the conservation of the furniture, items and leaving conditions and will never be debited except in cases of non-compliance with our terms and conditions. 7. Final cleaning, 95 Euros for final cleaning is mandatory and will be paid for in cash at the time the keys are handed over. |
