The Altea Hills is a luxury resort and residential area just outside the boutique residential town of Altea and only 35 minutes from Alicante Airport. The views are fabulous from this hillside luxury castle style retreat and detached villas on the development cost from at around €750.000 up to €10million. The roads are well maintained and security is provided by the urbanization with barrier entry and regular patrols. One 5 star hotel is on the urbanization, Pierre & Vacances Altea Hills and provides extra facilities of spa and tennis that can be used by villa owners for a small charge. A new lounge facility provides entertainment in the season. Another 5 * hotel is just along the coast road towards Altea and has lovely restaurants and a Thalasatheraphy Spa. The Queen's Tower provides an exclusive new experience at El Castillo with its own stairway leading to it from the naya and then on upwards to the battlements sun deck. A luxurious double bed with abundant fresh linen is provided. Electric blinds and also curtains for those who like to sleep in the dark add to the luxury feel. The en-suite bathroom features a fantastic power shower bath and its own hot water supply as befits its status as the premier suite. Satellite TV Sky and Digital Spanish plus a Blu Ray dvd keep you relaxed and amused. Coffee making facilities mean you can enjoy a morning coffee without leaving your tower.

The main family bathroom has a blue theme with a wc bath and shower over the bath with a glass enclosure the full length of the bath. The cloakroom has a toilet and a wash basin. In addition adjacent to the pool outside is a partially enclosed shower that is ideal for very hot days. The Queen's Tower has its own luxury en-suite. There is a separate cloakroom with toilet and large washbasin. The pool terrace has an enclosed cold water (warmed by the sun in summer) massage shower.

The laundry items are in the laundry area adjacent to the garage. A large wine cooler fridge is also provided. There is an overflow fridge/freezer in the garage area if needed.

Living Room Fireplace, Sat TV/video/Blu-Ray/HiFi and selection of films plus lounge seating for 8. A variety of lighting gives the effect needed for the mood you desire.

Dining Area Seating for 6 or more is offered in several locations around the villa. The large kitchen has a dining table. By the private charcoal B-B-Q seats 6+ under and umbrella for shade Under the covered logia giving protection from showers is the Large Gas B-B-Q and seats 6 or more. On the front terrace is a further luxury glass topped table with very comforatable seating and a new roller sun blind .

On the Costa Blanca between Calpe and Benidorm lies the luxury resort area of Altea Hills just outside Altea a boutique town with beaches, marinas and entertainment beautiful scenery easily accessible. Take the A-7 to Altea exit then the N-332 towards Calpe and the entrance to the urbanisation is just a mile along the road on your left.

Things to do: A wide range of activities are available Try the Marina just across the road from Altea Hills. Loads of posh yachts, some for hire plus scuba diving. Also a large choice of bars and restaurants here. It is called Greenwhich Marina or Puerto Lois Campomanes. Benidorm offers the Benidorm Palace nightclub/cabaret show and is well worth a visit. Drive along the coast road to Moraira and discover lots of secluded sandy beaches. Just laze by the pool and enjoy the view. A golf course Don Cayo is close by. Also at Finestrat near Terra Mitica is a rather nice new pitch and put golf course. Terra Mitica a theme park is near Benidorm and is amazing. Further Details About the Villa: The kitchen is well equipped and has a dining table. There are several seating/dining areas outside on most sides of the villa. A large bar-b-q area has seating and lighting adjacent to it. The front terrace overlooking the sea has a luxury dining table with roller blind. Inside the style is Arabian with vibrant colours and objects collected on the owners' travels in the middle and far east. High ceilings give a cool feeling to the villa and an adjacent enclosed naya with cane seating and curtains gives an ideal place to sit and see the beautiful views. There is abundant lighting to all areas. Please note the owners' tower and suite is not included. This means as a 3 bed villa the public areas are very spacious. It is ideal for couples or small families. The laundry room has a washing machine and tumbler dryer. The villa has a comprehensive automatic water softener and purifying system. We cannot guarantee that UK TV will always be available due to circumstances outside our control.
