Stunning townhouse on residential complex near Altea
This 4 bedroomed townhouse is located within the complex called Altea Natura a few minutes from the village of Altea La Vella.
There are only 48 properties built in the traditional Spanish style, mirroring the architecture of the "old town" of Altea, with the blue domed cupola as the focal point. Located under the mountain range known as the Siera Bernia the houses enjoy spectacular sea and mountain views, and are surrounded by orange and lemon groves.
The development boasts an all weather swimming pool, open air during the summer and covered and heated during the winter to allow all year round swimming.There is also a gym, sauna and club house with pool table, table tennis, fridge and bar facilities for private parties.
The house is almost 2,000 sq ft with patio, garden, balcony and roof solarium.

This house is only a few minutes ride from the village of Altea La Vella where there are shops, local supermarkets and restaurants, and a couple of Kilometers from Altea maintown.
Getting to the property could not be easier as Altea has its own exit from the A7 motorway. Heading from Alicante airport, take the A7 towards Valencia and exit 64. Follow directions for Callosa D'en Sarria and Altea La Vella. From Valencia airport take A7 direction Alicante and exit 64.
Altea, known as the cultural capital of Valencia, has always had an attraction for artists and craftspeople.The "Old Town" lies behind the seafront overlooking the water and has a number of viewpoints to take in the breathtaking views of the harbour and neirbouring towns.
The seafront esplanade has a variety of restaurants, galleries and shops, as well as a beach and childrens playgrounds.
There are so many attractions to visit in this lovely area of the Costa Blanca. Terra Mitica, Spain's answer to Euros Disney is located in Benidorm only a 20 minute drive away. Here you will also find the Zoo at Terra Natura which also includes a new water park called Aquanatura. There is the revampted Aqualandia water park next to Mundomar where you can watch sea lion shows and get close to a dolphin.
From the house you can drive into the mountains and visit the famous hilltop town of Guadalest with its breathtaking "Green Lake" and fortress and a multitude of shops in the Moors Bazaar. The Fonts Del Algar are equally famous for the scenic waterfalls and natural pools with jumping off points for the adventurous.
The Blue Flag beaches of Benidorm, Calpe and Moraira are only 20 minutes drive away and offer a great variety of water sports, shopping and restaurants.
Albir is even closer and you can join the locals in their daily walk from Altea to Albir along the front each evening

The double and twin bedrooms have ceiling fans and air-con units, plus built-in wardrobes, with drawers and bedside units.
Two of the bedrooms have a TV. The master and one twin have access onto the first floor balcony.
The 4th bedroom has a portable fan, window and access onto the roof solarium, where there is an outdoor shower. This room is currently used for a small table tennis for the children to play but can accommodate a singel mattress for 7th guest.

The first floor bathroom has a double wash-basin and WC, with shower over the bath.
