Brand New Villa - Quiet Location with Private Pool in Aspe, Alicante

The villa contains a family bedroom with double bed, wardrobe and patio doors to a private terrace with view of the small park , en suite with shower, WC and bidet, there is adjoining room with a double sofa bed making it ideal for a young family. There are two further bedrooms, each containing two single beds, cabinets and a chest of drawers. There is an additional bathroom with bath, shower, WC and bidet and a separate guest cloakroom on the ground floor. The kitchen comes fully equipped with washing machine, dishwasher, fridge freezer, oven, hob and microwave. All utensils and crockery and cutlery are on hand as you would expect.

In the main area of the villa you will find a raised dining area with table and 8 chairs and a patio leading out to a large terrace. The lounge area has 2 sofas, TV and DVD player. At the front of the villa there is a walled garden with 6m x 4m design swimming pool, large sun terrace, 6 sunloungers and patio table and chairs. The property has solid external doors and all windows are double-glazed complete with roller shutters. Car parking space for 2 cars.

The villa is in a quiet location away from main roads at edge of the town of Aspe. There is just a 5 minute walk to either a childrens play area or the start of sone spectacular mountain trails, navigable on foot or by mountain bike (one is available). Within ten minutes walk is a large supermarket.

Transport: A car would be needed unless relying on taxis (which we can arrange) and cycling to the shops. Alicante is 24km away, Aspe is 5km off the N330 motorway and the Alenda Golf Club is a ten-minute drive from Aspe.
