This country villa was built on two levels in 2001 by a British builder for his own use, is to a high standard & well equipped. It is situated in 2 acres & bordered by a small stream. On the upper level there is a double en-suite bedroom & a double bedroom & twin bedroom sharing a bathroom. The large sitting room boasts a log fire and a 32' TV having sky+ with UK channels. On the lower level is a twin bedroom & wet room with flat roll-in shower for a disabled person. An electric bed & various disabled equipment can be supplied on request. Adjacent is a small kitchenette.

In front of the house is a large swimming pool (10x5m) with roman steps. There is a beautiful, hand-built BBQ set in its own large seating area. Large terraces & patios allow plenty of space for everyone. A gardener & a maid will visit once a week. Clients will be met on arrival, with a welcome pack provided.

ALHAURIN EL GRANDE is 15 minutes scenic drive from the coast with its beautiful beaches. The villa is situated 1,5km from the town. There are two restaurants approx. 10 mins walk away. ALHAURIN with its many restaurants and shops is 5 mins by car. MARBELLA with all the well-known designer shops can be reached within 25 mins by car, as well as the picturesque old village of PUERTO BANUS. The beaches of TORREMOLINOS and FUENGIROLA, MIJAS with its aqua-park, racecourse and golf-courses are about 20mins drive. GIBRALTAR is approx 1,5 hrs drive with its frequent ferries to Africa. The historical town of RONDA is less than an hour's drive away.

Accessibility: Both two levels of the property are wheelchair accessible. There is a steep slope from the lower accommodation to the upper, adequate assistance is advisable. The pool is 1.2 metre deep in the shallow end and 1.8 metre at the deep end.There is easy parking and turning for cars. Hot water is provided by electric immersion heater. All electricity/hot water and water are inclusive in the rental charge. We can help to organise a wheelchair accessible taxi from Malaga airport to the property on request. Disabled equipments ie: a commode/shower chair - hoist and sling - electric profiling bed - are available on request.

Walking distance to Restaurants: As the villa has its own private pool, gardens and barbecue area, it is ideally suited for a family with children or mixed age groups. It is also within walking distance of bar/restaurants. But a car is essential to access the main towns. Ideally placed to use the nearby local golf courses - such as Alhaurin Golf and Lauro Golf - and centrally situated for touring. The coast, Fuengirola is some 30 minutes drive away, and Marbella 35 minutes and Malaga airport 30 minutes. Sevilla, Cordoba and Granada are about a two and a half hour drive as are the skiing resorts of the Sierra Nevadas. Supermarkets and shops are all within a short drive as are many more bars and restaurants.
