Gorgeous villa with private pool and gardens, ideal for families and groups

A typically Spanish villa with three double bedrooms and four new bathrooms. The ideal holiday home for family life with a table in the kitchen to seat eight and a huge lounge. The pool has a slide and a springboard for the more active! Plenty of areas both in and out to escape the midday sun and relax in the shade. The house is a 20 minute walk from the town centre with it's bars and restaurants. Less than 30minutes by car and you can be on the beaches of Torremolinos and Benalmadena, or in the mountainous countryside surrounding the town.

Half an hour from Fuengirola and a little more to Marbella and Puerto Banus. Lauro Golf course is 5 minutes away, half a dozen more golf courses are within 20 minutes drive from here. Only 20 minutes from Malaga airport and the historic city of Malaga. This villa is the perfect base for those wanting to get out and about, or those wanting to escape from it all without being too cut off.

The satellite TV only provides a basic package. You may wish to bring your own Sky card, if you have one, in order to watch other channels. There is air conditioning in the kitchen and all bedrooms have electric fans. This is a traditionally built house and, therefore, if the sun is kept out, the villa stays relatively cool. Please note that the owner of this villa lives with her two friendly dogs in a small house in a separate area of the garden. She has her own access to her home and her own garden and will not invade your privacy whatsoever, but will be on hand to help with local knowledge and any queries you may have.

Coast / Beach: The nearest beach is the undeveloped, unspoilt Los Alamos with a few chiringuitos (beach bars) just 20 minutes away. Two minutes further and you are in the heart of Torremolinos with all it's entertainment. 5 minutes more and you are in Benalmadena with it´s beautiful beach and marina, ideal for a lovely evening out. Fuengirola is half an hour away. The beaches the other side of Malaga are far less developed and are gorgeous.

Golf / Skiing Information: Lauro Golf course is a five minute drive away. Alhaurin Golf, Mijas Golf and La Cala all within twenty minutes. There are dozens of golf courses along this coast, all easily accessible from this villa. The famous ski resort of Sierra Nevada is just one and a half hours drive away. Yes, you can ski or snowboard in the morning and sit in the sun on the beach in the afternoon.

Travel / Distances: Malaga airport is just 20 minutes away by car. The nearest train station is at the Plaza Mayor, a shopping and entertainment complex 20 minutes away. Buses run regularly from Alhaurin de la Torre into Malaga city. Car hire is recommended to make the most of this beautiful area. The centre of Alhaurin de la Torre is a ten minute walk away. Malaga - 15 minutes by car. Torremolinos and Benalmadena - 20 minutes by car. Fuengirola - 30 minutes by car. Marbella and Puerto Banus - 45 minutes by car. Gibraltar - one and a half hours by car. Granada (Alhambra Palace) - one and a half hours by car. Ronda - Two hours by car. Cordoba - Two hours by car.

The centre of the town is an traditional, old Spanish village with a market every week.
