Lo Crispin is a new urbanization that was started in 2004, and completed in 2008. The Lo Crispin Tavern, where you can relax with a drink, some tapas or a full meal, is a pleasant 10 minute walk within the urbanization. The tavern also has Internet facilities. We are only interested in long term letting, preferably for 12 months or more, and the monthly rent as from 01/10/2012 will be 450 Euros per month. If the downstairs only, with it's two bedrooms, is required [The third bedroom is upstairs with a completely separate entrance], the monthly rent would be reduced to 375 Euros

Quesada, a small town full of bars, restaurants and shops is 2 Km away. Larger supermarkets are within 10 minutes drive. Guardamar and Torrevieja beaches are 12 and 20 minutes away respectively, and Alicante and Murcia airports are less than 45 minutes away.

Set in a glorious location, between the mountains & the Mediterranean, a small traditional village. Where is Algorfa ? Valencia Region, Province of Alicante on the Costa Blanca.
