Location: The apartment is situated on the magnificent La Finca golf course 30 minutes drive from Alicante airport and 40 minutes from Murcia San Javier airport. Guardamar with its stunning, unspoilt beach with over 7 km of golden sand, promenade bars and restaurants is only 15 minutes drive. Other beaches worth seeing, Flamenca Beach, La Zenia, Cabo Roig all within 30 minutes drive. Further a field the beaches and towns of San Pedro, Lopagan and Santiago Ribera are stunning and the towns lively. Other attractions include horse riding (20 mins), quad bikes (in the mountains), go-karts (15 mins), swimming, tennis (5 mins) and golf with Villamartin, Las Ramblas and Campamor courses within 20 minutes drive and La Finca golf on your doorstep. For shopping and a lively atmosphere Torrevieja is within 15 minutes drive and the quieter towns of Almoradi, Los Montisinos and Algorfa have many restaurants and bars to choose from, shops and markets. Mar Menor is 45 mins drive. Further Information: Flexible changeover days enabling you to take advantage of cheaper flights. Our local English Agent will greet you upon arrival and provide instructions on all equipment. Cleaning paid locally on arrival - 50 euros per week includes all linen, towels and pool towels (changed weekly for longer stays). Fully equipped kitchen with washing machine, dishwasher, oven, hob, microwave. Comprehensive First Aid Kit for any minor accidents that may they occur. Safe code changed weekly - only you will know the pin number. Security grills and shutters on all windows and patio doors. Terrace and garden (watch out for the sprinklers they turn on automatically every evening). Gated complex with intercom security. Please ask if you require further details Golf: The area is renowned for its famous and fabulous golf courses, offering challenging games within stunning settings. Within a short drive of each other La Finca, Villamartin, Las Ramblas and Campoamor offer the discerning golfer a difficult choice – so why not play all four and then drive further south to the popular La Manga Golf offering something for all players from experienced to beginners. La Finca First opened in 2002, La Finca Golf course, designed by Jose Gancedo has been designed to host The Spanish Open and the Ryder Cup championships. The course lies at the foot of Mount Escotera in an area of outstanding natural beauty. The course has many features including waterfalls, streams, and olive and palms trees throughout the greens and is often heralded as one of the best in the area.
