On the main floor, which has Airzone air-conditioning, the property contains a large lounge / dining area with terrace, fitted kitchen and 3 en-suite bedrooms with an additional large family bathroom. On the lower floor, leading out onto the pool terrace, is a self contained 1 double bedroom large apartment which can be accessed by its own entrance or by an interconnecting door leading up to the main accommodation.
Additional sleeping for 2 people is available in the lounge / dining area of the apartment on 'futons'. These are also useful for young children in the 'dressing room' area of the master bedroom. A large attached garage (will hold 4-6 cars) is an ideal 'play area' if you need to keep children out of the sun for an hour or two. The laundry room and pool shower / wc is also located on the lower floor.

Coast / Beach: There are a selection of beaches within 35-45 minutes drive away with the choice of using the excellent Metro if you prefer to abandon the car locally and take the train into Valencia which has an excellent beach just alongside the harbour used for the Americas Cup and of course the Valencia F1 Grand Prix.
Golf: There is a selection of Golf Courses around Valencia with the nearest being just 15 kilometres away.
Travel / Distances: The nearest town is Alberic about 4km away containing a choice of supermarkets, local shops and restaurants. Xativa, a beautiful historic town, with castle, is 15 minutes drive with an excellent selection of shops and restaurants. The city of Valencia is only 40km away and is the home of the F1 Grand Prix and the last, and next, Americas Cup the world famous yacht race. It has some wonderful old buildings and equally wonderful modern ones housing museums, aquarium and sports facilities. Valencia Airport 38km. Car is essential. Local train to Valencia from Alberic (5 minutes drive) or fast train from Alzira 15 minutes drive and 25-30 minutes train.
Accessibility: The property is entered at the front at ground level dropping down a level at the rear accessed via internal stairs or down a sloping driveway and steps from the outside. It is not adapted for wheelchair use.

This is one of a number of Property Investments purchased over the past 6 years. Year purchased: 2007. Unique benefits of the property: We enjoy the peace and tranquility of the orange grove and mountain views with Valencia in the distance. A cooling dip in the pool or a walk in the fruit groves where you can be refreshed by picking oranges, peaches, apricots, pomegranates and even lemons to take back for your gin and tonic enjoyed on the terrace or balcony. For the more energetic there are mountain walks, mountain biking, golf, horse riding or swimming in the cooling river waters at nearby Antella. With site seeing, beaches and shopping there is plenty for everyone.

Prices are for the property per week in Euros with discounts for 3 weeks or longer. Long term rentals will be considered and the owner should be contacted for details. Payment can be made by Bank Transfer or all major Credit Cards via Rental Systems Ltd. which is a recognised secure system but charges are incurred. Bookings of less than 1 week available at discretion of owner. We are flexible on change over dates to suite your travel arrangements.
We require a 20% non-refundable deposit paid by Bank Transfer or Credit Card to confirm your booking with the balance required 8 weeks prior to arrival. A €200 bond is also required which is refunded on completion of stay assuming no damage is reported by the key holder. This can be avoided by a €30 Insurance Policy. All major Credit Cards are taken (via Rental Systems Ltd) or payment can also be via Bank Transfer. |
